Bewerbungen für Frühjahr 2026 (Januar–Mai) nehmen wir wieder an.
Die Planung für den Sommer startet im Januar.
Dafür gibt es bis März unsere Indoor-Eventreihe „Cozy Coffee Times“ (Genres: Jazz, Indie, melodic …) – dafür suchen wir noch Bands!
Wir übernehmen/organisieren:
- Technik (s. unten) und Technik-Betreuung
- Gema-Gebühren
- Beiträge zur Künstlersozialkasse
- Veranstaltungsorganisation und Werbung (Webseite, Instagram)
- Getränke der Künstler*innen
- Wir zahlen euch eine kleine Gage / Aufwandsentschädigung nach verfügbaren Mitteln
- Ihr könnt gerne eine Spendenbox aufstellen. Alle Spenden gehen ausschließlich an die Künstler*innen
- Wir können als Verein mit Kulturprogramm ohne Eintritt leider nicht mehr als eine Aufwandsentschädigung leisten.
Unsere Technik und Bühne vor Ort:
- Die Bühne steht in unserem Biergarten und ist demnach Wetterabhängig
- Unsere Bühne ist 2x3m groß
- PA mit 1x Monitor
- 8 Kanal Digital-Soundcraft Mischpult
- 7 Kanal Mackie Pro-FX12v3 Mischpult
- 2x DI-Boxen (1x Stereo)
- 4x Mikro-Stative
- 4x Shure SM 58 (1x mit Schalter)
- Diverse XLR, Klinke und Cinch Kabel für Musiker*innen mit Gesang und Instrument sind vorhanden
Bringe unbedingt mit: Deine Instrumente.
Bringe gerne mit: eigene Mikros, Reserverkabel, E-Drums, Holzblasinstrumente.
Es ist nicht möglich: eigene Anlage
Gib uns bitte Bescheid, sollte unsere Technik nicht ausreichen.
Wichtig!
Leider ist auch bei uns das Thema Lärm und Nachbarn ein stetiger Begleiter. Deshalb bitten wir dich eigene AMPs zu verzichten. Diese Einschränkung tut uns sehr leid, ist aber aus Schallschutzgründen unausweichlich.
Wetter:
Unser wunderbarer Standort ist leider etwas wetterabhängig. Sollte es stark regnen, ist unser Biergarten nicht sehr gut Besucht. Dann finden wir einen Ersatztermin für den Auftritt. Eine Ausfallgage kann leider nicht gezahlt werden.
Am Tag deines Auftritts / Anreise:
- Bitte sei am Tag des Auftritts 1 Stunde vorher vor Ort. Falls dein Aufbau aufwendiger ist, dann komme früher und gib uns Bescheid, damit wir das einplanen können.
- Für das Be- & Entladen der Instrumente könnt ihr auf dem gegenüberliegenden Lidlparkplatz parken. Eine direkte Zufahrt ist bei uns leider nicht möglich. Bitte gib mir hierfür dein Kenneichen an.
- Wenn du bei uns ankommst, melde dich bitte an der Bar, damit wir wissen, dass du da bist.
- Ansprechpartner vor Ort: Fragt an der Bar nach der Schichtleitung.
Wir brauchen von dir:
- Foto und kurzen Text für die Webseite – ca. 2 Monate vor deinem Auftritt.
- Eure Setlist für die Gema (auch bei gemafreier Musik) – Wir senden euch hier kurz vor dem Auftritt einen Link zu.
Kommunikation und Fragen:
Unser Büro ist am Wochenende nicht besetzt! Also Fragen immer bis Freitag stellen.

We will start accepting applications again for Spring 2026 (January–May).

Until March, we are running our indoor event series “Cozy Coffee Times” (genres: Jazz, Indie, melodic …) – for this we are still looking for bands!
We provide and organize the following:
- Technical equipment (see below) and tech support
- GEMA fees
- Contributions to the Künstlersozialkasse (social security fund for artists)
- Event organization and promotion (website, Instagram)
- Drinks for the artists
- A small fee / expense allowance, depending on available funds
- You are welcome to place a donation box. All donations go directly and exclusively to the artists.
As a non-profit association with a cultural program and no admission fees, unfortunately we cannot offer more than an expense allowance.
Stage & Technical Equipment of our venue
- Outdoor stage in our beer garden (weather dependent)
- Stage size: 2 × 3 m
- PA system with 1× monitor
- 8-channel Digital Soundcraft mixer
- 7-channel Mackie Pro-FX12v3 mixer
- 2× DI boxes (1× stereo)
- 4× microphone stands
- 4× Shure SM58 microphones (1 with switch)
- Various XLR, jack, and RCA cables for vocals and instruments available
Please bring (mandatory): Your instruments
Optional to bring: Own microphones, spare cables, e-drums, woodwind instruments
Not possible: Use of your own PA system
If our equipment is not sufficient, please let us know in advance.
Important Notes:
Noise restrictions:
Due to neighborhood regulations, we kindly ask you not to use your own amplifiers. We’re sorry for this limitation, but it’s unavoidable for soundproofing reasons.
Weather:
Our venue is weather-dependent. In case of heavy rain, the beer garden will not be well attended. In such cases, we will reschedule the performance. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a cancellation fee.
On the day of your performnace:
- Please arrive at least 1 hour before your show. If you need more time for setup, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
- For loading/unloading, you may park at the Lidl parking lot across the street (direct access to our venue is not possible). Please provide your license plate in advance.
- Upon arrival, check in at the bar so we know you’re here.
- Local contact person: Ask at the bar for the shift manager.
What we need from you:
- A photo and short text for our website (approx. 2 months before your performance)
- Your setlist for GEMA (even for GEMA-free music). We will send you a link shortly before your gig.
Our office is closed on weekends. Please send us any questions by Friday.
